How do you set up the Global to be temp?

Way back, I was told that you could set NoScript to be TEMP on the "Allow scripts globally", so that when you quit the browser, it would reset back to false.

This was done with the toggling of the noscript.tempGlobal flag to TRUE in about:config.

Now on this machine with a fresh Firefox and Windows 10, I cannot find ANY noscript. elements in my about:config

So how does one achieve this with NoScript 10.1.8.2 & Firefox 60?
