I noticed something similar with Twitter when clicking Links in tweets. When Twitter shortener is used (t .co), NoScript get caught in a loop

Also, tried adding shortener page manually from Preferences with the Add Box at top of NoScript (Linux XUbuntu 14.04, 64bit) and it will not stick. Forced to use Debug section and write in shortener url. I say Forced, because any manipulation of Preferences or Debug on my Linux system cause Firefox to stop responding for 2 to 4 minutes, almost looks like a crash, but it's not. Just a Full slowdown and you need to wait. Very annoying
