Nope, that button resets ALL the NoScript config completely to default.

Just noticed your reply, thanks.... So then regardless of a "Reset" on each page, each of the "Reset" buttons resets ALL NS configurations. WOW, that's misleading, why put an individual "Reset" button on each Options page, when the "Reset" is actually global in nature. I would suggest that the button should state "
Reset ALL" in that case, but that's just me.... Looking at the buttons again, I guess the line at the bottom of each Options page represents a separator so to speak in regards to the specific Options on the page.
