(On Youtube itself) I'm not seeing a placeholder at all, so nothing to click, so no way to allow the object.

Actually I can't get any (media) object to show on Youtube at all with NoScript enabled.

Code: Select all

Exception { message: "Component returned failure code: 0x…", result: 2152857618, name: "NS_ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND", filename: "resource://gre/modules/commonjs/too…", lineNumber: 98, columnNumber: 0, data: null, stack: "ChildPage<.contentURL@resource://gr…", location: XPCWrappedNative_NoHelper }

Code: Select all

NoScript could not disable scripts for system global [System Principal]

As above, STR:

1) FF 45.5 ESR new, clean profile

2) Install NoScript. In Options/Embeddings select "Forbid <FRAME>" and "Forbid <IFRAME>", and "Show placeholder icon".

3) Go to http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=474_1479906332
The video is actually embedded from youtube.

The expected result is to get a placeholder, works as expected in FF 50.
See the 2 images, taken with the very same profile.

Thanks for the attention.
