I know this is an old thread but I just wanted to say that as much as I love WOT's concept, I find the constant false positives and failures to identify actual baddies gets a bit annoying after a while. I hope they fix the accuracy of the information a bit more because the idea of what is bad or good is relative depending on the person.

Looks like an extensions conflict.
Someone reported this happening with SiteAdvisor. If you're using it, please switch to WOT.
Otherwise, could you try Standard Diagnostic?

After it has been enabled for a while - using right-click to access the options, this facility disappears. If I disable and enable it the right-click option is back for a while. Can't see the solution obviously on these pages... anyone know why?
