If you did a Reset, any sites that you specifically set up as "blacklisted" were removed.
Note that by default, all sites other then those installed by default (which is what you would have if you did a Reset) are blocked by default (i.e., "blacklisted" if you want to think of it that way).
So whatever your problem is, either you need to Allow something, or it is outside of NoScript - unless there is some adverse interaction between some other extension & NoScript.
Try starting FF in Safe Mode & see if your problem persists.
