NoScript 10+ never worked on Waterfox Classic. All you had was a false sense of security.
If you need to keep Waterfox Classic (which I don't recommend), your best bet would be to try
NoScript Classic 5.1.9. But NoScript Classic is no longer supported, and no version of Waterfox was ever officially supported by NoScript. Use is at your own risk and responsibility.
