Have Attachments Been Disallowed? (Resolved)

I guess the moderators have disallowed attachments to this forum?

I think they have never been enabled in the first place.
Why would they really? It requires server space and resources, and creates legal liabilities.
You can host screenshots on external services like imgur or other hosting sites and embed the external resource,
