What is occurring with the 302 redirect server? Is this part of NoScript?
It is present during the ABE check in the packets, first code post.
I have a 302 redirect when searching Google, are they related?

No, it gets apparently generated by your router. Did you try browsing its external IP and check whether more or less the same traffic is generated, as it should?
