Flash not working in Colbertnation.com with 1.9.9.23

Flash not working in Colbertnation.com with 1.9.9.23
After updating to 1.9.9.23 flash is not working in both Colbert Nation and The Daily Show sites. When I allow scripts globally they work fine, but when I give temporary permissions they don't. I am using 3.7 nightly on XP.

Yes, temp allow appears to be broken in .23 (ok in .22).
