It's currently not compatible (it may be added in a future version).
In the meanwhile you can try several equally fast (multi-threaded) and free alternatives, among which Free Download Manager and JDownloader.

Is Flashgot compatible with the free Fileserve manager?

I've been testing out a few download managers and found that the Fileserve Manager is the fastest because I can up the number of threads for single downloads. I've manually added it to Flashgot but it won't add selected links to Fileserve Manager.

Anyone know how to get this to work?
